Plymouth, MN Productivity® announced on Thursday, September 24, 2026, that it will acquire Triumph Tool North Carolina on October 1, 2026 expanding its tooling, industrial, and advanced supply footprint into the southeastern territory.
“We are excited to announce that Triumph Tool North Carolina will be part of Productivity,” stated Dan Podgorsek, Vice President, Tooling, Industrial, & Advanced Supply at Productivity in a recent letter to customers. “The Productivity and Triumph Tool teams are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible.” He also provided the initial priority, “Our goal is to provide faster access to the products you use, expand available solutions, and strengthen local support for manufacturers throughout the region by adding local stock and building a broader product and service offering in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.”
