Plymouth, MN Productivity Inc. announced on Monday, July 20, 2026, that it has completed the acquisition of the Haas Factory Outlet (HFO) in Dallas, TX expanding its machine tool equipment sales and service footprint from 12 to 13 states.
“We are excited to announce that HFO Dallas is now part of Productivity Inc.” stated Greg Buck, President of Productivity in a recent letter to customers. “As a Haas distributor for more than 40 years, Productivity has built its reputation on delivering exceptional customer support, technical expertise, with long-term partnerships.” He also provided the initial priority, “Over the coming months, our primary focus will be strengthening our service organization, improving response times, and delivering a high level of service and support to customers in Texas.”
